Data controller

The controller is the manager of the Incanto Apartment accommodation, Augusta (SR), Italy. For data requests, use the details on the Contact page.

What data the site collects

None. This website is a showcase: it has no forms, collects and stores no personal data, uses no profiling or third-party cookies, and loads no resources from external servers.

The calendar only shows free/busy dates read from the public Airbnb and Booking feeds, with no guest data.

When you contact us

Requests happen via WhatsApp (or phone/email if you prefer). The data you give us in that conversation is processed only to reply and manage a possible stay; WhatsApp/Meta processes the messages under its own policy.

On arrival, identity document data will be processed to comply with the guest notification duties towards Italian public security authorities required by law.

How long we keep contact data

For as long as needed to reply and, in case of a stay, as required by tax and legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object (arts. 15-22 GDPR) using the property's contact details, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
